Hiking along the pct "Pacific Crest Trail" from Echo Summit there are many outstanding points of interest. This area over looking the northern end of Big Meadow on the trail to Carson Pass was an instant, must paint!
The painting is very richly textured beckoning me to return to the granite stairway leading to this place where time stands still, the high sierra Nevada!
