This work was painted from life! What a wonderful way to spent hours upon hours in the grand struggle trying to capture the impossible! How can a painter using only a stick with tiny hairs attached to their ends, pigment and something to paint on possibly recreate mother natures ever changing beauty? It is impossible but from time to time a painter has the privilege of truly seeing and is rewarded with a picture that is worth a thousand words!
